He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scales and Katherine Scales (Nemeth). He is survived by: his siblings, Heidi Allison and Bill Scales; his nephew Dale Allison; his niece Rosemary Allison; and his girlfriend Gloria Cox.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shirley & Stout Funeral Homes & Crematory (1315 W Lincoln Rd, Kokomo, IN 46902). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
