He is survived by: his wife Mary Rhomberg; his children, Sara Podgorski (Timothy) of Valparaiso, James DeWitt of Monticello and Erik DeWitt (Lauren) of Portage; his siblings, Barbara Frederick (George), Jean Owen and John DeWitt (Deborah); his sister-in-law Mary DeWitt; his grandchildren, Sean Curtis (Cassidy), Seth Curtis, Tyler Curtis, Emma Podgorski, Sadie DeWitt and Nolan DeWitt; and his great grandchildren, Beckham and Dawson.
