He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Kingsbury and Fae Kingsbury. He is survived by: his wife Betty (Shoup); his daughters, Jackie Hickman (David) and Gilda Hickman (Joe); his grandchildren, Greta Dutton (John) and Bart Hickman (Angie); and his great grandchildren, Kate, Abby, Aiden, Jack and Connor.
