It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Lewis Parish (Monticello, Indiana), who passed away on August 30, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his friend Mark Reynolds; his children, Pam Mitcham (Paul), Deb Sizemore (Jeff) and David Parish (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Derek Sizemore (Jessica), Alex Sizemore, Alyssa Tetrault (Zack), Austin Parish, Andrew Parish and Cruz Mitcham; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Sizemore, Cora Sizemore and Farrin Tetrault; and his siblings, Olene Dahler, Alvin Parish and Nancy Aldridge. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews.

Memorial Information: in Lieu of flowers memorals may be given to Franciscan Hospice Care, Creasy Springs Legacy Unit both of Lafayette, or the Alzheimer's Association.
