She is survived by: her husband Keith Garvin; her children, Jackie "Jack" Phelps (Amy) of Englewood, Brian Phelps (Monica) of Monticello and Amy D. Phelps of Monticello, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jaelyn, Isaac, Jordan Phelps, John Jr. "JP", Samantha, Matthew "Matt" Newton, Braden and Gary Leonard; her great grandchildren, Whitnee, Addy, Janie Jo, Leyah, Brady, Annie and Parker; her siblings, Michael "Mike" Shanklin and Sue Ellen McClure (Ron) of Wolcott, Indiana; and her nieces and nephews, Hollee Wilson of Lafayette, Brad Bonnell (Lisa) of Burlington and Tina Pinkerton (Brett) of Marion, Indiana. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.
