He is survived by: his former wife Sue Forrest; his children, Charles Forrest (Tracy), Jonathan Forrest (Sheila) and Danielle Murray (Chris); his grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Calvin, Brittany, Charles, Makenna Forrest, Dylan and Sylas Murray; and his sisters, Kelly Knight (Alan), Robin Garrett Hall, Joann Garrett and Lona Gail Meredith. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
