With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dora Slaney of Monticello, Indiana, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roark and Pauline Roark (Vincent); her spouse Gene Slaney; her daughter Linda Rose; and her brother John Roark.
She is survived by: her children, Gene A. Slaney (Lisa) of Monticello and Cheryl Sass of Mountain View, Arkansas; and her brothers, James Roark (Carol) of Schererville and Richard Roark (Michelle) of Lowell. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
