He is survived by: his wife Mary Ella Brickey of Monticello; his children, David Nick Brickey Jr. (Jeanne) of Lafayette, Darryl Evan Brickey of Lafayette, Levera Gross (Kristen) of Monticello and Rodney Allen Johns of Monticello; his grandchildren, Evan Brickey, Hunter Johns, Melissa Johns, Justin Johns, Jason Johns, Trisden Gross, Gavin Gross, Braden Johns Baylee Johns and Braxton Johns; and his brother-in-law Donald Dye.
