He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Watts and Mary Jane Watts (Hedge); and his siblings, Larry, Thomas Watts, Sandra Watts and Mary Ann Bertram (Porter Kay).
He is survived by: his children, David L. Watts, Jr. of Danville, IL and Jeannette R. Williams of Plano, IL; his brother Dennis Watts of Milford, IL; and his close friend Sue Pickett (Monticello). He is also survived by one nephew, three nieces, and one great niece.
