She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman C. Little and Nola Little (Ballard); her husband Harold C. Hay; her stepfather Homer Parsley; her granddaughter Morgan Liane Hay; and her siblings-in-law, James Moore and Bonnie Moore.
She is survived by: her son Mark H. Hay (Michelle) of Monticello; her grandchildren, Lyndsi Hay of Chicago and Andrew Hay (Erin) of Jupiter, Florida; her great grandchildren, Thea Ivy and Palmer Halston Hay; her nephew Randy Moore (Jane) of Monticello; her niece Dede Hughes (Richard) of Warsaw, Missouri; and her friend Carolyn Coonrod (Melvin) of Buffalo.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Monticello United Methodist Church or to the White County Food Pantry.
