She was predeceased by: her father Jack Douglass. She is survived by: her granddaughter Arlena Fisher of Chicago, Illinois; her sister Donna Douglass of Tampa, Florida; and her brother-in-law Paul L. Cripe of Lafayette, Indiana. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Cousins.

Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
