She is survived by: her husband John Hipps (Carroll County) of Monticello; her children, Kymberlynn Beaver of Roseville, Kelsie Daniels (Steven) of Athens, Cameron Hipps of Fort Riley, Nathan Mullins of Logansport, Ryan Mullins of Logansport and Keirden Dicks of Monticello, Indiana; her grandchildren, C. J. Armstead, Jr. and Jakobe Daniels; her mother-in-law Rita Hipps of Athens, Tennessee; her siblings-in-law, Sarah L. Dowell of Cookville, Tennessee and Michael Dowell of Sweetwater, Tennessee; and her close friends, Theresa Rayburn of Monticello and Monica Phelps (Brian) of Monticello, Indiana. She is also survived by Several Siblings, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
