She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. "Bus" Voorhis and Jean Voorhis (Caldwell); her spouse Russell Metcalf; her sisters, Pamela and Rhonda; her brother-in-law Richard Myers; and her stepmother Pat Voorhis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Macias of Galveston and Kimberly Reed (Chris) of Kokomo; her sister Angie Dyer (Ken) of Monticello; her brother-in-law Eukie J Stangle of Monticello; her grandchildren, Baileigh Macias, Chloe Sease, Jackson Reed, Jace Macias, Sydney Sease and Mackenzie Reed; her great grandchild Joanna Little; and her close friend Jennifer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Soup for the Soul or White County Council on Aging.
