She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Kenworthy and Florence Kenworthy (Beaver); and her brother Jim Kenworthy. She is survived by: her children, Raeann O'Shay of Monticello, Ellen Smith of Delphi, Nathan Paul Adams of Monticello and Steven Eric Adams of Crosby, TX; her sister Melody Busch (Mike) of Delphi; and her sister-in-law Joan Kenworthy of Washington. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Barbara's memory may be made to the Living Faith Church of the Brethren Youth Group or Faith on Fire.
