He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Spaulding and Rose W. Spaulding (Duncheon); his brother Lee Spaulding; his niece Melanie Gingerich; and his nephew Jackson Spaulding.
He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Persohn (Calvin), Robert Spaulding (Nancy), Barbara Knepp (Virgil) and Linda Riggins; and his uncle John Spaulding (Flo).
Social distancing guidelines must be followed and the family requests that all in attendance wear a face mask.
