He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Beulah Lewis (Fairchild); his wife Pat Lewis; his son Lonnie L. Lewis Jr.; and his grandsons, Ronald Lewis and Joe Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Lewis of Rockville, Mark Lewis (Sharon) of Montezuma, Joyce Foreman of Montezuma, Pam Martin of Montezuma, Melinda Cipriano (Yorfino) of Montezuma and April Askren (Mike) of Montezuma; his brother Johnny Lewis (Bonnie) of Sterling, Illinois; and his former wife Patricia Louise Henderson of Rockville. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
