She is survived by: her children, George Smith, Jr. (Judy) of Greenwood, Charlie Smith (Kathleen) of Martinsville, Bonnie Sue Ralls (Richard) of Greenwood, Ronnie Lee Smith (Pamela) of Pleasant View and Samuel "Scotty" Smith (Angela) of Waverly; and her brothers, B. P. of Barbourville, Kentucky and Roy, Jr. of Barbourville, Kentucky. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 21 great great grandchildren; and a host of loving extended family.
