He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ford Sizemore, Hank and Wilma Carlisle. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Carlisle and Lena Carlisle; his grandmother Mary Sizemore; his siblings, Rodney Carlisle (Sherry), Nathan Batts, Jodie Fultz (Derek) and Magan Batts; his adoptive parent Tracy Swinford; and his nieces, Makinsey Woodard, Caitlyn Coffman, CJ Batts and Myranda Fultz (Lucas Manning).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nass & Son Funeral Home (208 Main St, Huntingburg, IN 47542). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
