He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Allen and Cora Allen (Ferguson); his former wife Kay Ann Allen (Curtis); his wife Mary Joida Allen (Tucker); and his stepson Robert Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Janette Allen (Lafayette) and Dylan Curtis (Kelly); his stepchildren, James Russell, Daniel Cooper, Denise Rose and ReGina Dahl; his siblings, David Allen and Barbara Everett; his nephews, Jay Allen (Carlos), Mike Allen, Steve Everett, Matt Everett (Ashley) and Todd Everett (Carol); and his stepgrandchildren, James Russell, Erica Russell, Cody Crouch, Katie Rose and Joseph Russell.
Visitors are encouraged to wear masks to the service Friday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Paragon Christian Church or the Morgan County Humane Society.
