We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2022, at the age of 54, Carlos E. Tormos Jr. of Monrovia, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Carlos E. Tormos, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Clara Tormos (Mercado); his caregiver Jay; his husband Jay S. Allen of Monrovia; his brothers, Natanial, Johnathan Tormos, San Juan and Puerto Rico; his close friend Curt Hills of Monrovia; his nieces and nephews, Nataniel Jr., Natalia Tormos, Sam and Lucy Allen; his brother-in-law Mike Allen (Lori) of Monrovia; his father-in-law Dave Allen of Monrovia; and his pets, Bella, Bonnie, Zoey and Sasha.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel, 585 E Main St, Monrovia, IN 46157 to help offset his final expenses, and envelopes will be available during services.
