He was predeceased by: his father Brad; his children, Mona Lee Rooker Bain, Bradley S. Lee, Jr. and Shelly Merriman; and his siblings, Rena, Dovie, Elna, Mable, Dave, Evie, Bill Lee, Gay Markwell and Irene Justet.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy I. Lee (Hurst) of Monrovia; his children, Pamela Lee Richmond (Dave) of Mooresville, Donna Calabrese of Colorado, Tammy Lindgren (Jim) of Indianapolis, Shelby Lee-York (Belinda) of Brazil, Stephanie Lee-Seniour (Nick) of Eminence, KY, Troy Givens (Karen) of Whitehill, IN, Cody Allen Lee (Laura) of Camby and John Andrew Oliver Lee of Monrovia; his former wife Shirley Lee of Mooresville; and his siblings, Marvin Lee of Liberty, KY, Christine Dean (Phillip) of Liberty, KY, Teresa Coffman (Jim) of Liberty, KY, Wince Lee (Sharon) of Georgetown, KY and Denver Lee (Kim) of Fortville. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Brad's honor to KC's Cause, 5648 W. Olive Branch Rd., Greenwood, IN 46163, and envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
