He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl L. Fluttrow and Zelda T. Fluttrow (Baker); his brothers, Charles and Brenton Fluttrow; and his close friend Rosie McCoy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Radcliffe of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Cristy Fluttrow of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his sister Voneta Hakes of Missoula, Montana; his close friend Darlane Deck of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Randy Fluttrow (Rae) of Monroeville, Indiana, Lora Suhrweier (John) of Canada, Karin of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Rich Fluttrow (Melinda) of Monroeville, Indiana, Michelle Hakes of Hawaii, Kent Hakes (Tiffany) of Denver, Colorado and Greg Fluttrow of Ohio. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Preferred memorials are to Monroeville Community Park or Monroeville Fire Department.
