He was predeceased by: his parents, Romey Ruble and Treva Ruble (Barkley); his former wife Betty Ruble (Pancake); his son Tom F. Ruble; his siblings, Roxy Ruble (Mary), Ted Ruble and Ann Bieberich (Don); and his son-in-law Frederick Shane.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ruble of Monroeville, Indiana; his children, Kim Ruble (Jacqueline) of Monroeville, Indiana, Jeffery Ruble (Rebecca) of Monroeville, Indiana, Andrea Shane of Monroeville, Indiana and Debra Butcher (Eugene) of Decatur, Indiana; his siblings, Sam Ruble (Annette) of Decatur, Indiana, Judy Hullinger (Larry) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Leah Klinker (Joe) of Decatur, Indiana; his sister-in-law Dorothy Ruble of Decatur, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Gail Crawford (Ben), Anthony Ruble, Benjamin Ruble (Lisa), Jessica Nichols (Elliot), Zachary Ruble, Nicolas Ruble (Nikki), Jenna Kosnick (Josh), Alexander Shane (Bobbi), Janine Conrad (Brett), Brandon Butcher (Laura) and Beau Butcher (Lindsay). He is also survived by thirty great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Monroeville Memorial Cemetery, Monroeville EMS, or Monroeville Fire Department.

WE BOUGHT AND SOLD ALONG WITH HIS SONS AND GRANDSONS MANY TRUCKS AND EQUIPMENT. WE HAVE TRAVELED THROUHOUT THE UNITED STATES WITH OUR BUYING AND SELLING. i WILL DEARLY MISS MY CLOSE FRIEND.
