With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard D. Stoppenhagen (Monroeville, Indiana), who passed away on January 23, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Stoppenhagen; and his sister-in-law Kay Stoppenhagen. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Stoppenhagen of Monroeville; his children, Laurie J. Eubanks (Carl) of Nashville, IL and Dan R. Stoppenhagen of Austin, TX; his brother Denny Stoppenhagen (Cheryl Ashbaucher) of Hoagland, IN; his grandchildren, Grant McClintock, Caitlin Ferreira (Manuel), Austin Stoppenhagen and Danielle Stoppenhagen; and his great grandchild Olivia Ferreira.
In lieu of flowers, Dick's family requests memorial donations be made to the St. John Lutheran Church, Flatrock; Worship Anew; or Hoagland EMS.
