She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Adams and Mary Ellen Ingling (Parr); her children, Rebecca Lynn Wurm and Jeffery Thomas Wurm; her stepfather Drew Ingling; and her great-aunt Estella Huser.
She is survived by: her former husband Victor Wurm; her husband Vic Wurm of Monroeville; her daughters, Debbie Oxley (Kevin) of Avon Lake, OH and Sue Ellen Hansen of New Haven, IN; her sister Marlene Smitherman (Larry) of Austin, TX; her grandsons, Drew Oxley (Lori), Sean Oxley (Addie Cox) and Ben Oxley (Renee); her great grandchild Jaxon Oxley; and her pets, Charley, Shania Joby, Sahara Daisy, Pepsihutch and Jakoda Gabe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
