She is survived by: her spouse Gerry W. Mack; her daughter Cari Shoda of Columbia City; her grandchildren, Kelly Rolf, Nick Rolf, Tony Mack, Tyler Mack, Kaley Schoeph, Jake Schoeph and Tori Klein; and her siblings, Max Clem (Diane) of Hoagland and Myra Anderson (John) of New Haven.
