She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Wagner and Lillie Wagner (Gaskill); her sisters, Sherry Ulman (Dave) of Decatur, Pamela Gibbs of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Kim Taylor (Brett) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her aunt Roxie Knisley of Fort Wayne; and her siblings, Lester Wagner, Shiela Schilling and Jacquelyn M. Butte. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Preferred memorials are to the Make-A-Wish Foundation in keeping with Marlene's long history of supporting this organization.
