She is survived by: her son Daniel McDougall of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her brother Patrick Kopacz of Decatur, Indiana; her grandchildren, Josh McDougall (Ashley), Nicole McDougall, Brittany McDougall, Casey McDougall, Lindsey McDougall and Abigail McDougall; and her great grandchildren, Denver, Addysun, Hudson, Mya, Madaliene and Maicey.
