He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Stephenson and Marguerite Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Jana Stephenson; his daughters, Chris Hall (Andy), Cathy Surfus (Tony) and Cindy Peters (Doug); his grandchildren, Drew Hall (Hannah), Amanda Lundy (Sean) and Jessica Knepper (James); and his siblings, Judy Beauchot, Rich Stephenson, Tom Stephenson and Randy Stephenson. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Cancer Society in Jerry's memory.
