He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Webster Hoffman (Cindy); his children, Angela (Gibson), Evans (Kevin) of Kokomo, IN, Dawn (Cagnet), Brunton (Brett) of Hoagland, IN, Zachary Hoffman (Staci Ralston) of Monroeville, IN and Andrew Hoffman (Laura) of Fort Wayne, IN.; his grandchildren, JaMarkus Walters, Derricia Walters, Katelyn Stine, Taryn Stine, Riley, Chloe, William Hoffman and Emma Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Lukas, Vanessa, Zaedyn Walters and Kingston Bassett; and his siblings, Barbara Butcher (Fred), Mark Hoffman (JoAnn), Joel Hoffman (Brenda) and Arden Hoffman (Cathy).
