She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Morlock and Shirley Morlock (Abair); and her sisters, Nina Morlock and Lillian Slonaker. She is survived by: her husband Owen Row of Monroeville, Indiana; her children, Trina Dowdy of Leipsic, Ohio, Tasha Harwick of Janesville, Wisconsin and Tracy Row (Leah) of North Carolina; her sisters, Charlotte Barnhart of Bourbon, Indiana and Nancy Barnhart (Jerry) of Bourbon, Indiana; and her cousin Joy Davenport of La Paz, Indiana. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
