It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jami Lynn Melcher of Monroeville, Indiana, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Diane Small (Muldoon); and her grandparents, Wayne, Gloria Small, Dave and Dorothy Muldoon.
She is survived by: her father Greg Small (Diane) of Monroeville, Indiana; her sons, Gage Melcher of Monroeville, Gavin Melcher of New Haven, Indiana and Lincoln Bozek of Monroeville, Indiana; and her siblings, Sean Adams (Janel), Josh Small of Convoy, Ohio and Jenifer Gerardot (Joe) of Monroeville, Indiana. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home- Jacobs Chapel (111 S Water St, Monroeville, IN 46773). A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose Catholic Church (206 Summit St, Monroeville, IN 46773).
