He is survived by: his wife Alice Patrick of Monroeville, Indiana; his children, Melinda Patrick of Alabama, Gary Patrick, Jr. (Tammy) of Fort Wayne and Justin Patrick of Monroeville, Indiana; and his sisters, Patsy McCormick (Jay) of Albion and Debbie McCormick (Jerry) of Kendallville, Indiana. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
