Gail Joan Wurm Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gail Joan Wurm of Monroeville, Indiana, who passed away on January 4, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gable and Dora Gable (Marquardt); her husband Vince; her siblings, Marguerite Fredrick (Martin), Sidney Gable (Mildred) and Isabelle Corville (Herbert); her son-in-law Richard Ahlersmeyer; and her grandson Bradley Wurm.
She is survived by: her children, Bernard Wurm (Linda) of Decatur, Indiana, Sheryl Ahlersmeyer of Tucson, Arizona, Stan Wurm (Peggy) of Dunnellon, Florida, Kevin Wurm of Monroeville, Indiana, Jacque Ruble (Kim) of Monroeville, Indiana and Brian Wurm (Lynn) of Monroeville, Indiana. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Monroeville, or Monroeville, EMS and can be mailed to the Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home (520 N. 2nd. St. Decatur, Indiana).
