She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest E. Mankey and Nettie P. Mankey (Frauhiger); her husband Milton L. Hoffman; her son Larry Hoffman; her grandson Marc Hoffman; and her siblings, Glen, Lester, Walter, Ralph, Carl Mankey, Violet Hoffman, Bonnie Lou Mankey, Freda McBride, Mable Denis and Mary Gould.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn K. Hoffman of Bluffton, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Karen Hoffman of Wolcottville, Indiana; her sisters, Patsy Dafforn (Larry) of Yoder and Laura Werling (Doyle) of Tocsin, Indiana; her grandchildren, Renee Roche (Brian) and Michael Hoffman; her great grandchild Samantha Hardy (Caleb); her grandchildren, Connor Roche, Zachary Hoffman (Mallory), Sean Roche, Addison Hoffman and Aidan Roche; and her great grandchildren, Izzy Davis, Lilly Hoffman and Beau Hoffman.
Preferred memorials are to Salem Magley Church.
