He was predeceased by: his siblings, Norman Frank, Robert Frank, Roger Frank and June Beuke. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Frank; and his sons, Timothy Frank (Linda), Daniel Frank (Kimberly) and Thomas Frank. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
