Ratliff of Frisco, Texas, Mark Ratliff of Warsaw, Indiana and Dr. Sara Brown (Kevin) of Monroeville, Indiana; her sister-in-law Carolyn Nieter of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her grandsons, Justin, Gavin and Calvin Brown; and also Lucille Wilcoxson of Pamona, California..
The family requires that those in attendance wear masks.
