He is survived by: his mother Dawn Weldy (Andrews) of Berne, Indiana; his close friend Phoebe Hays of Van Wert, Ohio; his daughters, Sophia Weldy of Decatur and Gabby Weldy of Terra Haute, Indiana; and his siblings, Kim Grear (David) of Toledo, Ohio and Jack Weldy.
