He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Roxie Ann Chestnut (Wilbur); and his cousins, Tony and Mike Arwine. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Lee Chestnut, Jr. (Janice), Richard David Chestnut and Randall Harrison Chestnut; his uncle Larry Chestnut (Glenda); his nieces, Anitra Ham Courtney McGlothlin (Rick), Whitney Tolliver (Phil), Brandi Chestnut (Jacob) and Kasie May (Nate); his nephew Shaun Chestnut; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lexie, Brenden, Brilee, Peanut, Wyatt, Jacob Ham, Killion and Brecken May.
