It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Deroo of Monroe, Indiana, born in Pleasant Mills, Indiana, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry DeRoo and Hazel DeRoo (Hammons); and his brother Howard "Gene" DeRoo. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl DeRoo of Monroe, Indiana; his sons, Corey DeRoo (Abby) of Monroe, Indiana, Rusty DeRoo (Nikki) of Bluffton, Indiana, Rodney DeRoo of Decatur, Indiana and Matthew DeRoo of Convoy, Ohio; his sisters, Machelle Alspaugh (Clark) of Decatur and Linda McAllister of Decatur; his aunt Mildred Painter of Decatur, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Makena, Elliana, Arabella and Zelah DeRoo.
