She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Waugh Lykins and Elsie Lykins (Slone); her sons, Jeffrey Allen and Jonathon; her sister Shelia Lykins; her granddaughter Samantha Jo; her grandparents, Charles and Harriet Waugh Lykins; and her former husbands, Kelvin Pettit and Duane Parker.
She is survived by: her husband David E. Tinkham of Monroe, IN; her children, Jason Lykins (Courtney) of Fort Wayne, IN, Janell McBride, Jessica Weaver, Julie Pettit of Beaver, OH and Josie Ellis (Aaron) of Decatur, IN; and her brothers, Allen Lykins (Leslie) of Wapakoneta, OH and Joshua Lykins. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
