He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Rauch and Rose Rauch (Faurote); his former spouse Jean Rauch (Braun); his siblings, Homer, Bill, Charlie Rauch, Ruth Gage, Loretta Rumschlag, Leona "Chick" Lengerich and Phyllis DeKoninck; and his stepson Clarence Winans.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Rauch (Rowdon) of Monroe; his daughters, Sandy Frey (Gary) of Decatur and Deb Downey (Dave) of West Lafayette; his stepsons, Greg Winans (Delana) of Slayter, LA and Doug Winans (Irena) of Houston, TX; his siblings, Alvin Rauch (Angie) of Decatur and Harriet Schwaller of Decatur; his sister-in-law Margaret Edger of Geneva; and his grandchildren, Amber Rose Frey, Dustin Frey (Sarah) and John M.. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren, eleven step-great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
