He is survived by: his mother Linda Lautzenheiser (Pugh) of Decatur; his wife Terry Werst of Monroe; his children, Tonna Slusher (Chris) of Decatur, Josh Werst (Sasha) of Decatur and Jamie Bodle of Decatur; his stepchildren, Robert "Joe" Manor of Portland and Amanda Vaugh of Decatur; and his siblings, Kerry Werst (James) of Indianapolis, Stacy Lautzenheiser of Fort Wayne, Scott Lautzenheiser (Toni) of Monroe, Kristi Schaden of Monroe, Teresa Kreischer (David) of Van Wert, OH and April Burns of Decatur. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
