He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Iva; his wife Clara Lou Schug; his son David; his brother Maurice Teeple; and his stepbrothers, Jack, Jim and Bill Hunter.
He is survived by: his children, Anita Schultz (Richard) of Fort Wayne, Linda Liechty (Richard) of Monroe, Becky Hirschy (Gary) of Monroe, Darla Adler (Neal) of Loveland and James Teeple (Christina) of Monroe, Indiana. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
