She is survived by: her son Scott Millington (Cyndee) of Monroe, Indiana; her grandchildren, Grant, Mahima, Edin and Maria Millington; her stepdaughters, Amy Irvin of Decatur and Tina Sloan of Tampa, Florida; her stepgrandchildren, Michael, Drew and Haley Ripley; her brother Robert L. Amstutz (Sara) of Granada Hills, California; and her sisters-in-law, Hannah Amstutz of Berne, Jean Amstutz of Flint and Doris Amstutz of Warsaw, Indiana..
