Girod of Monroe, Indiana; her children, Daniel Girod (Sara) of Decatur, Emma Christner (Menno) of Decatur, Edna Christner (Levi) of Willshire, Elma Schwartz (William) of Kentucky, Rosa Schwartz (Joseph) of Monroe, Amy Schwartz (Jerry) of Monroe, Miriam Wickey (James) of Monroe and Barbara Schwartz (Reuben) of Monroe, Indiana; and her siblings, Emma Girod (Emmanuel), Elma E. Schwartz, Daniel Schwartz (Sovilla), John Schwartz (Adel) and Sam Schwartz (Edna). She is also survived by 44 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Mark J. Girod Residence (1720 E 100 S, Monroe, IN 46772). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location.
