He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Stewart and Ruby Stewart (Gilbert); and his siblings, Idalea Linn, Paul and Nathan Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra "Sandi" Stewart of Monroe City and Eric Stewart of Monroe City; his sister Esther Hicks of Rockport, IN; and also Faye Bilskie of Vincennes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The Stewart family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Blue Jean Center, 1242 Main St., Monroe City, IN 47557 or the Harrison Township Volunteer Fire Department, 1002 Main St., Monroe City, IN 47557.
