He is survived by: his parent Kimberly Durwin; his wife Karista Cox-Alton of Monroe City; his mother Lisa Alton of Monroe City; his children, Summer A. Alton of Wheatland, Austin A. Alton of Monroe City, Zachary R. Alton of Monroe City and Samuel C. Alton of Monroe City; his granddaughters, Wynter L. Carpenter of Monroe City and Sunee Alton of Monroe City; his brother Daniel M. Alton of Nashville, IN; and his friend Brett Willis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
