He is survived by: his wife Cathy Nelson (Gordon); his children, Gordon Nelson and Nettie Wilson (Eric); his grandsons, Benjamin Wilson and Eli Wilson; his brother Boyde Nelson (Kate); his nieces, Amanda Stokes (Wade) and Melissa Rusch (Stephen); and his nephew Jason Nelson (Danene). He is also survived by cousins and other family members.
