He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Marvel and Eunice Marvel (Robinson); and his siblings, Viola Foster, Dorthea Marvel, Georgia Ann Marvell, Darlene Marvel and Ron Marvel.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Marvel (Frankum); his children, Melisa Hale (Steve) of Haubstadt, IN, Kim Mitchko (Curt) of Washington, IN, Andrea Junkin (Jim) of Vincennes, IN, Tonya Sternberg (Tim) of Huntingburg, IN and Thad Marvel (Mandi Jeffries) of Vincennes, IN; and his sister Mary Jo Ruppel (Ron) of Stendal, IN.
Donations may be made to the Community United Methodist Church – Mary Marthas, or to Riley Children's Hospital.
